1. Set aside just 10 minutes on your calendar today.
  2. Pick a place to meditate – don’t worry about where too much just yet. Any reasonably private space will do for now (chair, couch, cushion, edge of the bed). You can always adjust later.

  4. Listen and be kind to yourself if when you mind wanders, which it will almost certainly do! There’s nothing wrong with a wandering mind.
