I published a new meditation on Insight Timer today that some of you may find helpful. It is called Clearing the Space, and it is for days when you feel like you have one too many items taking up space in your mind, and everything starts to seem difficult, daunting, and stressful.

Developed by a therapist and philosopher named Eugene Gendlin, this technique allows you to tidy up the mental space so that there is a sense of order and possibility even amidst the complexities of life. You can listen to the meditation here on this website or on the Insight Timer app.
